Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Site Engineer with hands-on experience in UAE villa and high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality execution, and coordinating with various teams to deliver projects as per approved plans and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and execute day-to-day site construction activities.
* Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and supervisors for smooth workflow.
* Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Engineer/Manager.
* Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with standards.
* Assist in preparing material submittals, RFIs, and method statements.
* Ensure proper usage of materials and minimize wastage.
* Maintain site records including daily reports, work progress, and inspections.
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures and HSE guidelines.
* Liaise with consultants for inspections and approvals.
* Support in resolving site-related technical issues.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UAE construction industry.
* Mandatory experience in villa and high-rise building projects.
* Good knowledge of construction practices, materials, and site execution.
* Familiarity with UAE authority standards and procedures.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
* UAE Driving License (not mandatory)
* Basic knowledge of planning tools (MS Project / Primavera is an advantage).
